Indian head massage is an extremely effective treatment that has evolved from traditonal techniques practised in india. It works on both a physical and psychological level. The treatment is applied to the upper back, neck, shoulders, upper arms,face and scalp. It relieves muscular tension, eyestrain and tension headaches and helps induce sleep.

 

Annette has a health and fitness background and is both a reflexologist (BSYA Reflex) and natural health consultant.  She provides indian head massage, reiki - and relaxing foot to toe packages which include manicure and pedicure.  She is happy to tailor packages to suit groups, business and parties.

 

 

Jenny has qualifications in swedish body massage, indian head massage, on-site massage and is a second degree usui reiki healer.  She also has a diploma in clinical aromatherapy and is a member of IFPA.
